2016 Toyota Tacoma

Introducing the 2016 Toyota Tacoma

New Look

The all-new Tacoma features uncompromising capability and a bold new look. Chiseled definition lines around the body and fenders help show off the Tacoma's strength while a hood scoop and larger grille provide a glimpse of the power that lies beneath the hood.

Utility
Tacoma's bed is made with a durable, fiber-reinforced Sheet-Molded Composite (SMC) surface. This tech has a greater impact strength than steel and helps keep your bed looking good for years. An available feature is a bed-mounted 120v/400W outlet that will keep you powered up wherever you take your truck.

Safety
The 2016 Tacoma is available with rear parking sonar to help you determine the distance between your truck and other vehicles or objects behind you. Real-time feedback comes from audible warning signals that change based on your distance from the object.

[1] Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up and loaded properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment,. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions in your Owner's Manual. The maximum you can tow depends on base curb weight plus the total weight of any cargo, occupants, and added vehicle equipment. "Added vehicle equipment" includes additional standard/optional equipment and accessories added by the manufacturer, dealers, and/or vehicle owners. The only way to be certain of your vehicle's exact curb weight is to  weight your vehicle without passengers or cargo.
[2] "Payload capacity" is the calculation of GVWR minus curb weight and should be used for comparison purposes only. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions in your Owners Manual. The maximum you can haul (payload)
depends on base curb weight plus the total weight of any cargo, occupants, and added vehicle equipment.
